Bio
I began to see the world in two dimensions when I was about nine years old.
Found my mom's little pocket camera on the kitchen table and I was hooked. I began following my brothers around to document their every move and capture the world surrounding our home. It was the start of my long love affair with light, shadows, color and making dynamic images.
After high school I took an incredible journey through the world-renowned Rochester Institute of Technology, where I studied under photographic luminaries such as Willie Osterman (...Ansel Adam's prolific assistant) and New York and Chicago advertising legends Tony Petrucelli and Howard Levant.
After school I headed to the west coast to manage a couple of commercial studios for several years and then opened a studio of my own for a few years. I then became director of photography for a large fashion eyewear manufacturer in Los Angeles. This allowed me to practice a broad range of photography and videography, including product in studio, models in studio and models on location (...never a dull moment!)
I am now freelancing and shooting for outside interests and would love to work with you to create stunning images and video for your website, social media, catalogs, advertising, lifestyle, landscape or any projects that could use some gorgeous dynamic imagery—bring it on!
